About Us
Rooted in Isaiah 61.
We are a faith-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving vulnerable communities with love, integrity, and purpose.
Our Story
Love lends both hands.
We believe love lends both hands โ one to lift up and one to walk alongside. Rooted in Isaiah 61, we serve the communities of Houston where the need is greatest: encampments, shelters, and neighborhoods facing food insecurity and hardship.
Serving is not a program for us. It is a calling โ and everyone is welcome at the table.

Our Mission
Feed & transform.
I AM Isaiah 61 exists to feed and transform communities where the homeless and those battling addiction and mental-health challenges live, while expanding our outreach to support college students, homeless youth, single mothers and single fathers, families, seniors, veterans, and individuals with special needs who are experiencing food insecurity and hardship.
Our Vision
No one hungry. No one forgotten.
We envision a world where no one goes hungry, no one is forgotten, and where the broken find healing. We believe every person, regardless of their past, has the opportunity to rise.
Our goal is to build self-sustaining communities filled with love, food, resources, education, and support systems that restore lives. Through mobile outreach, transitional housing, workforce readiness, mentorship, and Christ-centered care, we will transform cities and nations one life, one tent, and one home at a time.
We believe, “Where there is a need, we feed.”
